Summit Home Health Care will verify coverage with ANY insurance company indicated by the patient. Social Workers and Discharge Planners can expect a call back regarding insurance authorization WITHIN THE HOUR after making a referral.

Why isn't my insurance company on the Summit Home Health Care list?
Our list of insurance carriers is growing continuously, so please check back frequently to see if your insurance company has been added. Summit can negotiate with some insurance companies on an individual basis, depending upon the plan covering the policy holder and the insurance company's willingness to negotiate an acceptable rate.

What about HMO's?
Summit Home Health Care does NOT participate with any managed care programs (HMO's) such as PacifiCare, Secure Horizons or United Health Care.
